Donald DeWulf Jr. passed away on November 26, 2012. He was born at St. John Hospital in Detroit on May 20, 1958; son of Donald and Marlene (nee Lochbiler) DeWulf. Donald graduated from Lakeview High School in 1976. Donald loved the outdoors. He enjoyed golfing and fishing and spending time during the summer on Harsens Island. Recently he had started hunting. His true love in life was spending time with his family. He enjoyed Sunday dinners with his family. Donald was known for his wonderful sarcastic wit. His fun loving nature allowed him to live each day to its fullest. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and sharing an occasional Martini with olives. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Mr. DeWulf was proud of his son Donovan. He was the loving son of Donald Sr. and Marlene. He will be missed by his brothers Michael (Pamela) and Peter (Athena); and sisters Sally (Thomas) Semaan and Elizabeth (Steve) Laney. He is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave., at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods. His funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
