Donna Jean Hayes, 70, of Hot Springs, Ar., passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011. She was born October 21, 1940 in Evanston, Il. to Carl and Evelyn Postlewate. She was a lifelong resident of Hot Springs and member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Donna was predeceased by her parents and sister Carolyn.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Hayes, and children, Mason, Matt, Morgan, Murray, Marc and Merrick; 10 grandchildren, Meredith, Remington, Andrew, Coby, Abigail, Emily, Elizabeth, Lucy, Marleigh and Miles; brothers and sisters, Carl “Rusty” Postlewate, Maureen Warren, Richard “Dick” Postlewate, Vickie Skelley and Tammy Jackson.

Donna served in numerous national, state and local offices and capacities with St. John’s Church, United Commercial Travelers, Council of Catholic Women and First Step School.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 2, 2011, from 4;00pm to 8;00 p.m. with a Rosary service at 600 p.m. at Gross Funeral Home, 120 Wrights Street, Hot Springs, AR. 71913

Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, 11:00 A.M., August 3, 2011, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 598 West Grande Avenue, Hot Spring, Ar. 71913.

Pallbearers will be her 5 sons and son-in-law Dan Taylor.

Memorials may be made to First Step School or St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 598 West Grande Avenue, Hot Spring, Ar. 71913
