Mrs. Donna Kay (Dreese) Weber, 61, of 11225 Gehr Road, Waynesboro, PA passed away Friday, April 13, 2012 in her home. Born February 13, 1951 in Bellefonte, PA, she was the daughter of Mrs. Jean m. (Ripka) Dreese of State College, PA and the late George Dreese. Donna was a native of State College, graduating from State College High School with the Class of 1969. She and her husband of over 41 years, Mr. David C. Weber, were married August 1, 1970 at Faith united Church of Christ, State College. In 1973, they moved to Waynesboro. They relocated to Johnstown, PA in 1975 where they resided for two years before they returned to Waynesboro. Donna was employed as an Administrative Assistant at Penn State University, Mont Alto Campus. Her life centered around family and friends. Donna enjoyed family excursions especially sitting in the sun at the beach with her family. She had a love of shopping, shoes and purses and a talent for decorating. She loved her flea markets and her wine trail adventures. Donna has strongly supported her husband's wrestling coaching career and was often referred to as "mom" to many Waynesboro wrestlers! In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by three children, Jessica L. Bryan and her husband, Shawn of Waynesboro, Dana D. Weber and his wife, Crystal of Lancaster, PA, and Ryan D. Weber and his wife, Stacy of Waynesboro; three grandchildren, Mikayla Bryan, Hailee Weber, and Lorelei Weber; and a sister Robin R. Smith of Pennsylvania Furnace, PA. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 20, 2012 in Faith United Church of Christ, East College Avenue, State College with Pastor Coqui Conkey officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hall Cemetery, State College. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M., Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 South Broad Street, Waynesboro. The family welcomes flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Franklin and Fulton County Unit, 384 Floral Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
