Mrs. Doris Fern Chapman

Doris Chapman was born in sheridan, Missouri on December 15, 1917. She lived in Albany, Missouri until 1966, when she moved to Liberty, Missouri. she worked for Booth Manufacturing as a trim specialist until she retired in the mid 1970's. After retiring, she enjoyed crocheting, quilt making, and gardening. Survivors include her sons, Wilbur Chapman (Verdean) of Liberty, Missouri, Wayne Chapman (Dianna) of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Neal Chapman of Florence, Kansas; one brother, Roy Dean Auten of Tampa, Florida; two grandchildren, Max Chapman (Barbara Johnson) of Kearney, Missouri and Wanda Ramireddy (Ramireddy V. Ramireddy) of Kansas City, Missouri; and one great grandchild, Nilasha Ramireddy. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, John & Mildred Auten; husband, William Henry Chapman; two brothers, Howard and Otis Auten; and three sisters, Ethel Riley, Pauline Hill, & Gladys Craig.
