The Ewalt family reunions and the several that were held at your place.

I remember when i was very young when my older brother Ron, and Doris, were at Aunt Maisy's and Uncle Ed's house and eating all the pink popcorn. I was jealous. I think I finally got my share though! That was a long time ago.That pink popcorn was the best! George Pettit.

Doris was such a sweet lady and "neighborhood mom". I have such great memories of playing at her house and working on 4-H projects. Doris and Otto have been faithful friends and neighbors to all of us Christys and we will miss her. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family!

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of such a wonderful person. I cared for her while she was at Lakeland speciallty hospital. She was always so kind and so sweet. It was such a blessing to get to know her, I miss her and her stories. I pray for God to comfort all who morn.

To Mr. Otto Jasper may the Lord give you strength through the loss of your wife and friend as I am sure she is watching over you. Thank you for all you and your wife did for my family and I, both will always be like our grandparents we love and miss you.

I am so honored to be able to call Doris Jasper, my nana. Her and my papa made up for the other set of grandparents who never wanted to be apart of mine and my sisters lives! It was a blessing to be able to grow up in the house at the begining of Jasper DairyRD because I was able to have a bond so strong with my nana that most people never in a million years could dream of

It was a blessing to be able to grow up in the house at the begining of Jasper DairyRD because I was able to have a bond so strong with my nana that most people never in a million years could dream of with their nana. She was there the whole 30 years of my life, she helped guide me through life and always taught me to make my own path in life, and never to judge! She is the reason I was able to start heal through the death of my father. One of my most fondest memories that I have is the day I had my son, Jace because she was so happy when I had him on their 63rd wedding anniversary and the day we brought him home we took him straight to the farm and nana and papa both had tears in their eyes. Nana always told me jace was our little blessing and they remained close until she got too sick. I will always have so many amazing memories of nana and jace will be able to remember her through me, my mom and sister. I love you nana to the moon and back and hope that you are flying amongst the birds like you have always wanted!

I'm so sorry for your loss and know you're going to miss her. She was a lady of many talents and a friend to many. I've known her all my life. Our families were friends growing up in Royalton Twp. and attending the Arden Church. We not only knew the Wetzels but also the Ewalts; both her paternal and maternal families. Many fond memories. She is now at Peace in her eternal home. May she rest in peace.
