Dorothy Ellen McCoy Keeling, May 15, 1917-June 20, 2011. Daughter of Capt. R. B. McCoy and Annie Bear McCoy, and wife of predeceased Richard M. Keeling. Born in Norfolk, VA she served over 25 years in Eastern Star, Chapter 131, Norview. She also spent over 25 years with Coleman Place Home Demonstration Club/Homemaker's Club, as well as many years in AARP. She is survived by a daughter, Diane Rustin and her husband David Rustin; and one granddaughter, Laurie McEwen. A memorial service will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel on Thursday, June 30, 2011, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donations to your local Hospice facility.
