Dorothy L. Dominguez entered into life June 1, 1927 in Eagle Creek, Arizona to Edward & Eugenia (Marquez) Licano and entered into rest October 13, 2010 in Mesa Arizona.

She is survived by her children, Rhoda Cano, Yolanda (Frank) Jimenez and David Orozco, grandchildren, Jeffrey (Shea), Jocelyn, Jay (Stacy) and Janelle Cano, Christianne (Louis), Christopher and Eric Jimenez, Anthony Zavalos, Angela Amaya and Dorothy Carol Blanco, Tammy (Alex) Santa Maria, Benjamin Orozco Jr., Jason David Orozco and Tracy Orozco, 41 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Annie Alvardo and Leonora Carbajal, sister-in-law, Margie Licano and many more family and friends who knew and loved her. She was predeceased by her mother and father, son and daughter, Ben Orozco and Dorothy Carol Marez and her brother Manuel Licano.

Dorothy worked as a nurse for many, many years and even after she retired she worked in private care. She was the backbone of the family, born and raised in a small mining town, Morenci, she was the first one to move to the big city. Her family followed her in stages, first her mother and father and then her brother and sisters. She solved many a problem that would occur within her family, she was not only strong emotionally but physically.
