Dorothy L. Thompson was born February 12, 1923 in Lucien, Mississippi and passed from this life on August 5, 2004 in Dallas. Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her first husband Capt. Roy James Lee, a B-17 pilot killed in action in 1943, Husband Raymond R. Thompson, Sister Evelyn Rose Terrell and her parents Benjamin Franklin Arnold and Eddis Mae Arnold. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her Daughter Sandy Thompson, Son Robert E. Thompson, Grandchildren Jeremy Cade Thompson and Belinda Pearce and Four Great-Grandchildren, Sister Martha Nell Owens and Brothers Frank Arnold and JW Arnold. Visitation for Mrs. Thompson will be Sunday August 8 from 9 AM to 9 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Monday August 9, 2004 at 10:00 AM at the Laurel Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Marvin Cecil officiating. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
