Douglas Eugene Boucher April 13, 1970 Dec. 13, 2009 Douglas Eugene Boucher, 39, Mason, Ohio, died Sunday. He was born in Marion, Ind., to Ernest and Cheryl (Aldridge) Boucher and had lived in Ohio for the past eight years. He graduated from Lakeview Christian School and attended Marion College. Much of Dougs life was given to his passion for music. He was a former member of the Surrender Dorothy band. In his free time, Doug enjoyed studying genealogy. Survivors include: parents, Ernest and Cheryl Boucher, Marion; daughter, Kathryn Elizabeth Boucher, Mason, Ohio; sister, Johanna G. Boucher, Marion; grandmother, Mary Lou Myers, Marion; and several aunts and uncles. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Monday at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, with Pastor James Bradley officiating. Burial is at Thrailkill Cemetery, Swayzee, Ind. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
