Douglas Scott DiVanna Savannah- Douglas Scott DiVanna passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Hospice House of Savannah after a long and brave struggle with cancer. Doug was born on August 3, 1962 in Morristown, NJ. He graduated from Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. Prior to moving to Savannah, he was project manager with Bovis Construction Management in Princeton, NJ. Doug loved tennis, fishing, and golf, college football and playing guitar. He is survived by father, Joseph DiVanna and mother, Dianne Guibord DiVanna of Savannah; brothers, David DiVanna of Sarasota, FL and Jonathan DiVanna of Savannah; and daughters, Justine and Melissa of Hamilton, NJ.
