Douglas V. Lancaster, age 68, of Cleveland, beloved son of Fern H. Knorr (nee Reeve) and the late Wallace E. Lancaster, Jr.; loving brother of Kenneth R. Puree, David W. Lancaster, Lillian L. Mealy, Joan M. Umbenhower, the late Barbara J. Lancaster and the late Dennis N. Lancaster; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews; lifelong friend of Myron Shelburne and Joseph Villoni. Mr. Lancaster was a U.S. Navy veteran and was retired from L.T.V. Steel Security Dept. He passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Graveside service to be held Thursday, June 23 at 11 A.M. at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, Cleveland. The family will receive friends at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 4334 Pearl Road, Cleveland, from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 21 and from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 22.
