Dwight Lamar Ball, age 59 of Clearfield, Utah, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2011 at the V.A. Regional Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He was born September 13, 1951 in Payson, Utah to Dwight S. and Shirley Cook Ball.

Dwight retired from the U.S. Army and completed 3 tours of duty in Vietnam, Irag, and Saudi Arabia.. He worked for the Tooele Army Depot and Hill Airforce Base.

Survivors include: his brother James Ball of Nevada and a close cousin, Tina Hernandez, of Payson.

Memorial services will be Monday, August 15, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, where friends may call 1 hour prior to services.

Burial will be in the Salem, Utah Cemetery with Military Rites accorded by the American Legion, Dist. #4.
