HERNDON - Earl E. Hollenbach age 78 and Edith A. Hollenbach age 76, of 204 Riverside Lane in Herndon passed away Wednesday, June 22nd. Earl was born on Aug. 5, 1932 the son of the late Samuel N.and Mabel I.(Heim) Hollenbach. Edith was born on Dec. 20, 1934 the daughter of the late Dorie and Hilda (Feese) Snyder. They were both retired from Creative Playthings of Herndon. Survivors include their daughters Brenda Wetzel of Halifax, and Heather and her husband Ricky Spotts of Dalmatia, grandchildren Shane Wetzel, Alicia Spotts, great grandson Jeremy Wetzel, and a step grandson Adam Spotts. Earl is survived by his sisters Evelyn Inch, Shirley Hollenbach, and brother Robert Hollenbach all of Herndon. Edith is survived by her sister Irene Hoy of Millersburg, brother Marlin Snyder of Herndon. The family will receive friends Sunday, June 26 from 1-2 PM at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes, Inc. Millersburg. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM with The Rev. Nathan C. Minnich officiating, burial will follow at Herndon Cemetery in Herndon, PA. They were both involved with the American Legion Post 504, Lower Mahanoy Fire Co., Herndon Fire Co. Donations may be made to American Legion, 4229 Route 147, Herndon, PA 17830-7310.
