Earl McClain, 81, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Covington Manor Nursing Center. Born in Geneva, IN, Earl was a Sfc Army Veteran. He worked for Seifert's as a night manager for 11 years and then worked for Fuji True Color as a film route driver for 24 years, retiring in 2001. He was a life member of the American Legion Post #241. Earl loved to cook for his family. He enjoyed driving, traveling, playing cards, wrestling, and spending time with his family. He loved his family and cherished his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Barbara McClain of Fort Wayne, son, Earl "Jerry Mac" (Sandra) McClain of Fort Wayne, grandson, Matt (Melissa) McClain of Fort Wayne, granddaughter, Sherry (Eric) Hitzfield of Roanoke, and great grandson, Jonathan McClain of Fort Wayne. Earl was preceded in death by parents, John and Minnie McClain, brother, Louis Yager, twin brother, Murl, brothers, Jerome, Harold, McClain, Charles McCollum, and John McClain Jr. Calling at D.O.
