Edward E. Crismore, 87, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Edward was a WWII Army Veteran. He worked with International Harvester for 39 years, retiring in 1981. He was also Times Corner Volunteer Firefighter for 15 years. He was a member of Broadway Christian Church, American Legion Post #241, and U.A.W. Local #57. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, spending time with his family and his Chiwawa Princess. Surviving are his children, Steven E. Crismore of Fort Wayne, Larry W. Crismore of Berne, Kenneth E. (Laura) Crismore, Diane K. (Kenneth) Dixon, Dennis (Margaret) Crismore, Janet S. (Rex) Shady, Ronald D. (Sandy) Crismore, Roger A. (Kathy) Crismore all of Fort Wayne, step-son, Kenneth Zook of Fort Wayne, step-daughters, Teresa (Kurt) Mundinger of Fort Wayne, step-daughter, Patricia (Kent) Link of Mullins, SC, 26 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and step-brother, James Nuttle of Fort Wayne. Edward was preceded in death by parents, Harold F. and Genevieve Crismore, first wife, Betty J. Crismore, second wife, Marvene E. Crismore, and daughter, Laura Crismore. Service is 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Avenue with calling one hour prior, Rev. Jason Baeurle officiating. Calling at the funeral home Monday, January 02, 2012 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, Indiana with Military Honors.
