Elaine L. Lichtsinn, 84, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at her home. Born in Defiance, OH, Elaine worked as a waitress with Richard's, Azar's and other restaurants for many years before retiring. She was a member of American Legion Post 241. Elaine enjoyed playing bingo, and euchre with her friends. She loved her family and cherished all her grandchildren. Surviving are her daughters; Mary Roffelsen, Pamela K. (Sam) Roth, Carol (Don) Carpenter all of Fort Wayne, brothers, Robert McFeters of Fort Wayne, Ray McFeters of WI, 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lawrence Lichtsinn, sons, Larry Lichtsinn, Tom Lichtsinn, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Service is 10:00 am, Saturday, September 10, 2011 at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Avenue with calling one hour prior, Fr. Daniel Durkin officiating. Calling at the Funeral Home, Friday, September 09, 2011 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
