Eleanora D. Ahr , 81, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Eleanora had worked as a secretary throughout her life for Kroger Division Office, Dilgards, and the Fort Wayne City Government. She attended New Haven United Methodist Church and was a past member of the MPO. She was a very faithful person who read the Upper Room daily, liked to vacation in Sanibel Island, and loved being known as 'Baba'. Surviving is her husband of almost 58 years, Tom Ahr of Fort Wayne, daughter, Stephanie L. (Mark) Linehan of Fort Wayne, son, Rick T. (Janet) Ahr of Carmel, brothers, Dr. Nicholas Lebamoff and William Lebamoff both of Fort Wayne, grandchildren, Katherine Ahr of Noblesville, Dr. Robin Linehan of Indianapolis, Parker Ahr of Carmel, Ben Linehan of New Haven, and Evan Linehan of New Haven. Eleanora was preceded in death by her parents James and Katherine Lebamoff. Service is 11:00 am on Wednesday May 23, 2012 at New Haven United Methodist Church, 630 Lincoln Hwy East with calling one hour prior, Rev. Rick Taylor will be officiating. Visitation will be, Tuesday May 22, 2012 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road.
