Elisa Talamantes Jaquez

Elisa Talamantes Jaquez passed away on July 5, 2011, at her residence in So. San Francisco, surrounded by her loving family. She was 85. Elisa was born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. She was a long-time resident of San Mateo County. She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 54 years, Ignacio Jaquez; she was the beloved mother of Gabriela Rodriguez and Monica Jaquez; dear mother-in-law of Javier Rodriguez, and cherished grandmother of Daniela, Alejandro, and Araceli Rodriguez. She is also survived by a sister, Martha Consuelo Mercado.

Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2011, in the Tiffany Chapel of CYPRESS LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 1370 El Camino Real, Colma. A reception will follow in the Cypress Lawn Reception Center.
