Graveside services for Elizabeth Ann Butler, 58, of Caldwell are set for 3:00 p.m., Thursday, September 16, 2010, at the Elizabeth Lutheran Cemetery, with Rev. Cedric Rouse officiating. Interment will follow the service under the care and direction of Strickland Funeral Home of Caldwell. Ann passed away in her home on September 14, 2010, surrounded by her family and friends, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Pallbearers will be Charles Day, Donald Benifield, Joe Hugghins, Brandon Hugghins, Timothy Hugghins, and Micah Grable. Ann was born January 6, 1952, to Otis Conway and Oleta David Boggs Conway in Cleveland Ohio. She married Randy Lee Butler on April 23, 1999, in Snook Texas. Ann was the precinct chair of the Democratic Party, precinct 207. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends and feeding the birds. Ann is survived by her husband Randy, son and daughter-in-law; Eric and Ann Gregory of Round Rock, Texas, brother and sister-in-law; David & Janet Sweeney of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, and grandchildren; Cullen Randy Gregory, and Lawson Conway Gregory. Ann was preceded in death by her parents. Memorials may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley, 502 W. 26th Street, Bryan, Texas 77803.
