Mrs. Elizabeth "Libby" Marinelli

Marinelli, Elizabeth "Libby" Irene, 92, passed away early Tuesday surrounded by her loving children. She was born December 12, 1918 to Fay and Irene Graham in Stewart, Iowa. Libby was the consummate homemaker and military wife, being devoted to "her Jack" all of their 41 years together. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Sandra, her parents and her husband Col. Jack L. Marinelli, sister Betty Leinhauser and beloved poodles Chiffon and Samantha. She is survived by her children, Jo Ann (Ron) Weber, Leawood, Ks. and Jack, Jr., Derby, Ks. She leaves five grandchildren, Juliet Padgett, Ben Hendricks and Brett Hendricks, Brooke (Chris) Tagliaferro, Marc (Melisa) Marinelli. Step grandson Michael (Betsy) Weber. Great grandchildren, Jackson, Anna and Lucas Marinelli. The family would like to thank Clare Bridge of Wichita and especially Rina Lawson, for providing exceptional care and caring during her last few months. Services will be held at 2 pm, Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Lakeview. 12100 E. 13th Street, Wichita, KS 67206.
