Ellamae Lumpkin April 20, 1922 - November 28, 2011 Ellamae A. Lumpkin of Crawford passed away Monday, November 28, 2011. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 2, at St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Walter Albers officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Mausoleum. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Ellamae was born April 20, 1922, in Perry, Texas, to Fred and Henrietta Kroll. She married Clarence Lumpkin on October 15, 1942. Ellamae was an LVN at Hillcrest Hospital and several doctors' offices for 45 years. She enjoyed fishing with her husband for several years. Ellamae and Clarence founded the Mr. and Mrs. Bass Club. It was the first husband/wife competitive fishing club of its kind. They won several championships together. Ellamae was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bellmead. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; daughter, Cheryl E. Lumpkin Stovall; and two brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Tommye Joan Summey and husband, Les, of Waco; grandchildren, Dean Stovall and wife, Elizabeth, of Moody, TX, Ty Summey and wife, Heather, of Waco, Tammy Boling and husband, Darrell, of Bruceville-Eddy, Stacy Grabenstein and husband, Jason, of Waco; ten great grandchildren; and sister, Juanita Melinda Smith of Wimberly, TX.
