HALIFAX- Emma J. Urich, age 93, of 34 S. 3rd St. passed away on Monday, July 11, 2011 at the Manor At Susquehanna Village in Millersburg. She was born in Halifax, PA, the daughter of the late Walter and Eva Croutharmel Hoffman. She retired from Willits shoe factory in Halifax. She was a member of Millersburg Assembly of God Church and OES Glen Chapter #425 in Lykens. She was the widow of Boyd Urich. Survivors include a son Ronald Klinger and his wife Anne of Philadelphia, a step-daughter Diane Stoneroad and her husband David of Halifax, a brother Wilson Hoffman of Roanoke, VA, three grandchildren Gary Klinger of York, Jill Klinger of Charlottesville, VA and Alexandra Klinger of Wyndmorr, PA, two great grandchildren, three step grandchildren Kevin Laudenslager, Shane Stoneroad and Kristin Rode, four step great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 15 at 11:00 am at the Millersburg Assembly of God Church with Rev. Norman Lawrence officiating.There will be a visitation from 10:30 to 11:00 am on Friday at the church. Private burial will be at the Halifax UM Cemetery. Donations can be made to her church at 2261 Shippen Dam Road Millersburg, PA 17061. Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home in Millersburg is in charge of the arrangements.
