EMPRESS P. ENGELKE Age 90, of Pennsauken over 50 years Passed away on July 18, 2012. Nee Applegate; born in Burlington, NJ. Beloved wife of the late Robert and dear mother of Phillips (Lynn) of Columbia, MD; Robert "Scott"(Margaret) of Collingswood,�and Janice (George) Engelke-Moore of Merchantville. Loving grandmother of Meggan, Brita, Meredith, Robert, Reese, Isabella and Zachary and great-grandmother of six. Mrs. Engelke, a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, was a member of the Merchantville Women's Club for 50 years, an area hairstylist for 60 years, and a creative crafts teacher. A former local salon owner, she later worked at Dotties's Beauty Shop in�Pennsauken�for 33 years, retiring at age 82. Relatives and friends of the family are kindly invited to attend her Visitation on Monday 10-11 AM at the FUNERAL HOME OF INGLESBY & SONS, 2426 Cove Road, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. Funeral Service 11 AM. Interment follows at Arlington Cemetery.
