Encora Worthen Montague Campbell was born on Aug 4,1928 in Panguitch, Utah to Charles Grow and Sarah Lena Neilson Worthen. She lost her brave fight with colon cancer on Oct 21, 2011. 

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved her job as a Senior Companion and co-ordinator that she has done for the last 19 years. She loved spending time with her family. 

She was the second oldest of five children. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ray, Earlin & Ned, and oldest son Tim Worthen.  She is survived by her children, Charlotte Woten-Spanish Fork,  Steven-Salem, Richard-Payson & Patricia Montague-Salem, Tina (Mark) Curtis-Payson. Daughter-in-law Vicky Worthen-Kamas and sister Sarah Butcher and sister-in-law Melvelene Worthen. She also helped raise her step-daughter Lynette Montague. She has 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday Oct 25, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Payson Mtn. View Stake Center. 75 South 600 East, Payson, UT. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 597 South 100 West Payson, Monday, 6-8:00 p.m. or at the church Tuesday, 9:45-10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
