Eric G. Judd, 72, died January 28, 2012 at St. Lucie Medical Center in Port Saint Lucie.
Born in Dean, PA, a resident of King's Isle, he moved to Port Saint Lucie 14 years ago, coming from Pleasant Hills, PA.
He retired as a Sergeant for the Pleasant Hills Police Department, where he had served the community for 32 years. During his retirement, he has worked for Legacy Golf and Tennis Club for 13 years.
He served in the United States Army.
He was a member of Pleasant Hills-Guthrie Lodge No. 509 and the Borough and Township Police Association in Pittsburgh, PA.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Dorothy "Dottie" Judd of Port Saint Lucie; daughter, Lynn Ann Fontanella of Pennsylvania; son, Eric Judd of Pennsylvania; three step-sons, Harry W. Green of Wisconsin; Jeffrey A. Green of Maryland; Daniel "Boone" Green of Pennsylvania and eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Autism Speaks, 1060 State Road, Princeton, NJ 08540 or autismspeaks.org.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be 9 AM to 11 AM, January 31, 2012 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes-Byrd, Young and Prill Chapel in Port Saint Lucie, a Celebration of Life Service will follow at 11 AM.
