He was born July 7, 1942 in Victoria, TX and passed away November 13, 2009 in Grand Prairie, TX. He is survived by his wife Nora Garza; his daughters AnnLisa Garcia, Priscilla Chapman, Marie Figueroa, and Tule Garza and his son Don Garza; his grandsons Michael Garcia, Daniel Garza, Anthony Garza and Steven Figueroa; his granddaughters Evelyn Garcia, and Melissa Figueroa; and a host of other relatives and friends.
