Reverend Everette "Billy" Hamilton Jr., a native and lifelong resident of Grand Bay, AL died on Thursday November 3, 2011 at his residence. Rev. Hamilton was preceded in death by his parents Everette "Coon" Hamilton Sr., and Lorraine Hamilton, and his first wife Carolyn Hamilton. He is survived by his wife Greta Hamilton, three daughters Lori (Bennie) Bender of Irvington, AL, Darlene (Carlos) Manzanilla of Grand Bay, AL, and Pam Hamilton of Fowl River, AL, and son Perry (Ermie) Hamilton of Virginia Beach, VA, five grandchildren Leslie (David) Jordan of Theodore, AL, Eric (Erica) Steele of Ft. Lewis, WA, Patrick Hamilton of Germany, Christopher Hamilton of Theodore, AL, and Lindsay (Michael) Roberson of Fowl River, AL, six great grandchildren Brooklyn Steele, London Steele, and Kingston Jordan all of Theodore, AL, Tristen Steele, and Carolyn Steele both of Ft. Lewis, WA, and Rose Roberson of Fowl River, AL, two sisters Geraldine (Shelton) Brinkman, and Janice Pelletier both of Grand Bay, AL, brother Lonnie (Irma) Hamilton Jr., of Burris, LA, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held from the Chapel of Pine Crest Funeral Home on Monday November 7, 2011 at 11AM with Rev. Donnie Browning and Rev. Gene Clark officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Carlos Manzanilla, Benny Bender, James Lacey, Dewey Schmitz, Claude Schmitz, and Alton Taylor. Active pallbearers were Ermie Hamilton, Cathy Hamilton, Lonnie Hamilton, Preston Hamilton, Gavin Hamilton, Logan Hamilton, Eric Steele and Christopher Hamilton. Interment was in Grand Bay Cemetery
