Florence C Payne

Gloucester Point: Florence Concilus Payne passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2012. She was the widow of Captain Jimmy Payne, who operated the "Florence Marie." Mrs. Payne was a first grade teacher in Pennsylvania for eleven years before moving to Virginia in 1953.
She is survived by
Stephanie Panzera, Stephen Cousins, Jason Cousins, Mark and Vickie Concilus, Donald and Alice Alexander, Carol O'Hare, Nick Concilus and a host of nieces, nephews and their families.
Graveside funeral services officiated by Reverend James Cowles will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. Friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
