February 7, 2012 was a sad day for we learned of Florence Kennedy demise.

We knew her as “Flo” and we considered her as our dear friend.

It was one year to the day that I last visited with “Flo” at the funeral of my brother Tom. Flo was so kind and supportive during my time of grieving. She appeared to be strong and in very good health. It is hard for me to believe she died.

It was one year to the day that I last visited with “Flo” at the funeral of my brother Tom. Flo was so kind and supportive during my time of grieving. She appeared to be strong and in very good health. It is hard for me to believe she died.

Holly and I first met Flo at a political gathering, “Drew Cloud for Governor”. We were new to Albuquerque. So, Flo made certain to introduce us to her family and friends. She adopted us into the Kennedy family. I attribute much of my success in New Mexico to the guidance offered by Flo.

I offer condolences to Muffin, Pinkie and all family members from the Lehman family. Your mother and grandmother was an outstanding person. We loved her.

While I was saddened to hear of your loss, I was also reassured by your mom's faith and investment in her family that her legacy will effect many generations to follow. Your family continues to be in my prayers.

Muffin, Pinkie and family, I was very saddened when I heard of your mothers death, it is always so difficult to lose a parent no matter what their age. It was always so nice to see your Mom at the luncheon for the "Brothers of the Good Shepherd" and for the "St. Patrick's" celebration for the Brothers. She always gave the "Armijo girls" a big hug when she saw us. We loved speaking to your Mom, we will miss her

Our families met back in 1964 at the Elk's club when Jay and I worked together and of course Billy was always in our lives as well. I still miss them both and we often talk about Jay and Billy with such fond memories, those memories will never be forgotten. Your Mom, Dad, Jay, Billy and of course Muffin and Pinkie are loved by all of us. We will have you in our thoughts and hearts as you go through this sad and difficult time. She leaves you with so many wonderful memories that you all will cherish. God Bless your Mom.

I only met your mom once but remember how sweet and kind she was. I'm sure she was well loved and will be greatly missed.

Just a note to say my thoughts and prayers are with you, all. The Kennedys and the Evankos go way back to the early days of Our Lady of Annunciation Parish (1961). What a wonderful family and what a pleasure it is to know you.
I know that Flo will be sorely missed here on earth, but what better place than to be with God and her sons and husband...

We were deeply saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Mrs. Kennedy. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Menicucci family and friends at this difficult time. We hope you will find comfort in each other’s company as you gather to celebrate her life, and that the memories you share will support you all in this time of grief.

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your mom and grandma. I always enjoyed talking to her, but my favorite memory was when I was working for the city. The secretary said a woman came to the front desk of the substation and asked about me, and if I was married yet. When the secretary told her I wasn't, she immediately began trying to make sure I would hurry up

Flo was just such a joy to be around. I used to prepare her income tax return each year and looked forward to her company and discussions.

She was a jewel of our parish. My prayers are with the family.

Florence. She came in the office often- we became friends.
She enjoyed visiting with Fr. Lancaster.
