FRAILEY, Flossie Jane. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Flossie Jane Frailey, 76 of Cross Plains, died at 3:55 pm Monday May 16, 2011 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. She was born September 29, 1934 in Pembroke, KY, the daughter of Pallos and Pearl Elkins. She was a devoted member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward Joseph Frailey, a daughter Lolita Jane Rhye, and a great-granddaughter Allison Jessup. She is survived by a large family and multitude of friends who loved her deeply. Her children, James R. (Judy) Hess, Donald A. Frailey, Regina L. Frailey, Tanya R. (Chuck) Fields; son-in-law, Eugene Rhye; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Glen Elkins and Harlan (Pat) Elkins; sisters, Lillian Bailey, Nola (Wayne) King, and Barbara Szalmasagi. She will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Services will be held Friday May 20 at 1 pm at the Cross Plains Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor Bob Korzyniowski and Pastor Jeremiah Smart, officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Cross Plains Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 pm at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in White House. The family will also receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time. For those desiring, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
