Frances E. Warren, 71, of the 3600 block of Indian River Rd., Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on February 7, 2011, at a local hospital. Born in Columbia City, Indiana, Frances is survived by her husband, Marvin L. Warren; two sons, Shawn S. Warren of Seattle, WA and Kevin R. Warren of Virginia Beach, VA; a brother, Tom Wise of El Cajon, CA; and a granddaughter, Brandi E. Kimbrough. A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
