Born May 26, 1919 in Dallas, TX and passed away January 23, 2012 in Richardson, TX. Frances was preceded in death by her husband R.G. Smith, and son, Joseph Wesley Regian. She is survived by three grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, and three nephews. Frances was a longtime resident of Richardson, TX, member and past president of Womens Club, president of Womens Aux, at Richardson Memorial Hospital, pianist and organist of Richardson Heights Baptist Church, and she worked at Dallas Times Herald Newspaper. Memorials may be made to Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, 2222 Welborn St, Dallas, TX 75219.
