Frances passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012.
Frances was a resident of Camden-Wyoming, Delaware at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Ronnie.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 5 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State St., Dover, where visitation will be one hour earlier. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
