Frances Moize "Bonnie" Oakley, age 66, passed away at her home Thursday October 28, 2010 at her home. A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late John Turner and Dorothy Tickle Moize. She a former dispatcher for Vaugn Rue Produce and Williamson Produce both in Wilson, NC. She is survived by her son, James E. "Jimmy" Riggins and wife Mona of Haw River; sisters, Dorothy Garris of Wilson, Geraldine Phillips of Cleveland, OH; 3 grandchildren, Jacob Riggins, Jennifer Riggins and Christopher Riggins and significant other, Lummie A. "Ben" Dillard of the home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 1, 2010 at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Robbie Lowe. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 – 1:45pm, prior to the memorial service.
