Frances was retired from Rockwell International after 30 years of service. We would like to give special thanks to Latrise McGuire for her care of our mother for the last months of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Palmer, Jr. She is survived by son, Bennie Palmer & wife, Debra; daughter, Brenda Funk & husband, Steve; one grandchild, Robert Wood and numerous nieces and nephews.
