Frances Theresa Vasbinder Davidson , 81, passed away Friday, November 11, 2011 at St. Anne Home and Retirement Community in Fort Wayne. Born in Akron, OH, Frances headed the Welfare to Work Program for many years. . Surviving are her daughters, Susan (Anthony) Frazier of Indianapolis, and . Constance Martin (Philemon) Steigerwald of Fort Wayne. son, Philip Davidson of Fort Wayne, grandchildren, Charles P Martin of U S Marine Corps, Rebecca M Martin of Ft Wayne, Jennifer S Davidson and Thomas P Davidson both of Germany. brother, James Vasbinder of Ravenna, OH. A Memorial Reception will be held Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in the Courtyard Club conference room of St. Anne Retirement Home, 1900 Randallia, Ft Wayne.
