Suddenly in Branford July 26, 2012, Francis Carmine "Frank" Massella, of Branford. He was born December 2, 1987 in New Haven, son of Carmel Massella of New Haven and Francis Carrano of WI. Frank was a 2005 graduate of BHS and he attended the Gemology Institute of America. He worked in jewelry designing, production and sales. Besides his parents, Frank is survived by his maternal grandparents, Joanna and Thomas Gianotti of Branford, and Lawrence Massella of FL, his aunt and uncle Angela and Stephen Marciano of North Haven, his cousins Marissa and Stephen Marciano, Jr, and his good friend Dave Ewing. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Mario and Frances Carrano. Friends may call Sunday from 4 – 8 PM at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford, and are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Monday morning at 10:00 in St. Mary Church, Branford. Burial will be is St. Agnes Cemetery.
