Frank F. Scerbo, 90, of Ridgefield NJ , formerly of Union City, passed away on Sunday July 31, 2011. Born in North Bergen he was a retired maintenance worker for the Union City Housing Authority. He served as an Army medic in WW II. Beloved husband of the late Angelina (nee DiBartolomeo) Devoted father of Frank A. Scerbo, David J.Scerbo , Anthony L.
