Frank was born on March 17, 1926 and passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012.
Frank was a resident of Raleigh, North Carolina at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Helen.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 4801 Six Forks Road, Raleigh. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Road, Raleigh from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
