Frank W. "Jay" Weeden of Florida, NY a retired head of maintenance for Goshen Central School , and retired owner of Frank's Lawnmower Service, Warwick entered into rest on Saturday October 20, 2012. He was 74.

The son of the late Frank W. Weeden Sr. and Elsie VanDuzer Weeden he was born February 25, 1938 in Warwick, NY.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran, and a member of the Black Dirt Squadron model airplane club, Goshen, NY.

Survivors include his wife Corinne A. Wood Kowalczyk Weeden at home;3 step-children Paul Kowalczyk and wife LuAnn;
Frank Kowalczyk and wife Linda; Donna Calone and husband Richard; several grandchildren and 1 niece and 1 nephew; Pre-deceased by his sister Irene Linton.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 23, 2012 from 4-7 pm with a funeral service to be held at 7 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home 22 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY 10921.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home at 10 am on Wednesday prior to the burial in Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, NY.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
