Fred Wessel, 82, of Loveland, CO died on Sunday, June 13, 2010 at McKee Medical Center. Fred was born in Paterson, N.J. on March 27, 1928 to Garret and Emma Wessel. Fred grew up in Bergan County. He married Doris E. Garner and had 3 children and started his own contracting business, Craig Contracting. Doris passed away in 1972. Fred married Nynell Robyn Tueting on Febraury 2, 1979 in Hackensack. N.J. Fred and Nynell moved to Colorado with their daughter, Chandra N. Wessel in 1998. He retired in 2002. Fred enjoyed traveling with his wife in their motor home taking their boat to Atlantic City and Key West. Fred is survived by his wife, Nynell Robyn; his youngest daughter Chandra; sons Fred C. Wessel and wife Cindy and Ronald C. Wessel and wife Mindy; daughters Doreen L. Bailey and husband Rich and Debbie Triggiani and husband Richard; grandchildren Freddie, Eric, Mark, Shawna, Derek, Kelsey and Morgan; great-grandson Cole. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 4pm to 7pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 9:00am on Friday, June 18, 2010 in our chapel. Interment at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Kiwanis Organization in care of Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 S. Hwy. 287, Ft. Collins, CO. 80525
