Wilson, Frederic C. 95, of Oldsmar, passed away Wednesday January 4, 2012.

He was a graduate of the Edison Institute and a friend and colleague to Henry Ford and Thomas Edison. Frederic was an exceptional businessman who was greatly respected and well known for his firm approach to leadership and performance. These attributes were exemplified during his tenure as Vice President of Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Known to their family as "Bev and Ted," he was preceded in death by his loving wife Beverly "Bev" Wilson in 2002 and his daughter, Kris Smith in 2001. Ted is survived by his son Gregg (Carolyn) Wilson, granddaughter Chantelle (Corey) Spann, and great grandchildren Samantha and Christian Spann.

Private family services will be held at a future date.
