George A. Nicol, 78, of Hot Springs Village passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2011. George was born February 10, 1933 in Marwood, Pennsylvania to Otto J. and Bertha (Gaulk) Nicol.
George served in the United States Army. He enjoyed his Saturday morning prayer breakfast group at Village Bible Church where he was a member. George and Helen have lived in the Village for 11 years.
George is preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Gerald Nicol. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Helen Nicol of Hot Springs Village, AR; 3 children, Trent and wife Emily Nicol of Kenosha, WI; Laura Kettwig of Griffith, IN; Toni and husband Kevin Allton of Indianapolis, IN; 3 step kids, Shawn and wife Patti Mann of Portland, WA; Mike Mann of Dallas, TX; Lori Harris of Dallas, TX; 2 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, and 1 step-great grandchild, 2 sisters, Orajean and husband Dale Koegler of Hilton Head Island, SC; Doris and husband Clair Atkinson of Cavot, PN.
A Memorial service will be 11:00am Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Village Bible Church.
