Funeral services for George Albert Sears, III, 40, of Caldwell, are set for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 9, 2010, at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell. Interment will follow at the Evangelical United Church of Christ Cemetery in Lyons. A visitation is scheduled from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 8, also at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell. Mr. Sears passed away October 7, 2010, at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. George was born February, 1, 1970 to George Albert Sears, Jr. and Deborah Poehl Sears in Brenham, Texas. George is survived by parents; George and Deborah Sears, of Caldwell, brothers and sisters-in-law; Charles and Michelle Sears of Magnolia, Brent and Rachael Sears of Caldwell, and three nieces; Brooke Sears, Haley Sears, and Allie Sears. Family suggests memorials to the charity of your choice.
