George D. Boyer, 97, of Liberty, MO, passed away September 6, 2011 at Liberty Terrace Care Center. Mr. Boyer formerly lived in Savannah, MO for 28 years before moving to Liberty in 2004. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Mildred. He is survived by a son, Robert Boyer and wife Jeri of Atchison, KS; two granddaughters, Sara Morales and Susan Morton and her husband Dan; great grandchildren Brooke Churulich and husband Keith and Jared Morton and wife Stephanie; and nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends along with one brother-in-law, James Hutchings and wife Annette; two nieces, Elisa Todd and children Evan and Jessyca and Teresa Thomas and husband John and son Elijah. Memorial services will be held 3:00 P.M., Sunday, September 18 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 17416 N.E. 112th St., Liberty, MO 64068.
