George "Nick" Miller, III, 71, of Stevensville peacefully passed away Thursday, December 15, 2011 at his home with his family by his side.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:30 P.M. on Monday, December 19, 2011 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 6:30 until 7:30 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Those wishing to leave a condolence online may do so a www.starksfamilyfh.com.
Nick was born on May 5, 1940 in Oak Park, IL to George and Louise (Adler) Miller. He worked in construction all his life. Nick and his brother Dave ran George Miller & Son's construction company after the death of their father. His love and humor will be greatly missed and memories will be cherished by his friends and family.

Nick is survived his lifelong love Emily; two sons; Dozer Miller and Mike (Becky) Miller, six daughters; Julie Pascua, Dee Dee Jackson, Cheri Miller, Lisa (Rick) Halliday, Jen Miller, Vicki (Blaine) Warmbein, eleven grandchildren and one sister Dawn Piraino.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Patrick and his brother Dave.
