Georgia (nee Richmond) Hall

Georgia (nee Richmond) Hall, 80 of Brunswick passed away on Monday, February 7, 2011 at her residence. She was born January 22, 1931 in Daniels Creek, Kentucky to William “Bill” E. and Myrtle (nee Spears) Richmond, was a 1950 graduate of Van Lear High School, and worked in the office for Sparkle Market, Cleveland Trust Bank from 1950 to 1959, and Medina County Job & Family Services in their Homemaker Program. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and her great-great-great-great-grandfather Richard Wells fought in the Revolutionary War and was an Ordinance Sergeant in the Georgia Militia. Mrs. Hall is survived by her children David (Sue) Hall and Kimberly Ann Hall, grandchildren Joseph and Christopher Willard and Andrew Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Hall; parents; and brothers Joel and Sam. Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Southwest Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memory Gardens.
