Sudbury - Geraldine A. (O'Toole) Boyd, 73, of Birchwood Ave. Sudbury, died suddenly, Thursday, May 26, 2011. She was born in Maynard, daughter of Ruth(Peterson) O'Toole of Framingham and the late Thomas O'Toole. A resident of Sudbury for the past 47 years, she was an active parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church. In addition to her mother, she leaves her husband Robert E. Boyd, a daughter Beverly O'Connor of Sudbury, a son Robert E. Boyd of Sudbury and ten grandchildren: Kenneth, Abigail and Emily Hanchett, Kate and John O'Connor, Sarah and Robert Strangie, Thomas, Loren and Daniel Boyd. She was predeceased by a daughter Patricia Hanchett, two sisters: June Prockett and Kathleen O'Toole and a brother Thomas O'Toole. A funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 160 Concord Road, Sudbury. Burial will be in Wadsworth Cemetery, Concord Rd. Sudbury. Visiting hours will be held at the church on Tuesday, from 4 - 8 PM. Contributions in her memory may be made to Susan G. Komen for the cure, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265.
