Mrs. Jacobs passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2012.

Mrs. Jacobs was a resident of Fairmont, North Carolina at the time of her passing.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 16, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Fair Point Church, Revs. Larry Oxendine and Ricky Burnett officiating. Burial will be in Fair Point Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6-8pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
