Mr. Glenn W. "Legs" Graham, of Melrose, passed away at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at the age of 61.

Born in Stoneham on August 28, 1950, he was one of five children of Alice M. (Patten) Graham and the late Gordon F. Graham. He was raised in Melrose and was a graduate of Washington School in Melrose. As a longtime ironworker, he worked at Boston Gas, AW Chesterton in Woburn, and for his brother's local business, Melrose Forge.

Glenn, known by many as "Legs," was a skilled craftsman who enjoyed working and restoring vintage cars and grandfather clocks. For several years, he also volunteered his time to repair old bicycles as a gift to patients of Mass General Hospital. Glenn loved hunting, fishing, and cherished his pet Chihuahua, "Cheech."

He was the cherished son of Alice M. (Patten) Graham of Melrose and the late Gordon F. Graham. Loving brother of Warren G. Graham and his wife Kelly Erwin of Amherst, Wayne F. Graham and his wife Lillian P. of Topsfield, Nancy M. Graham and her husband David Carroll of Melrose, and Roland P. "Rolly" Graham and his wife Ellen of Danvers. Dear and longtime companion of Loretta Lussier of Saugus and lifelong friend of Karl Berg of N. Reading. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his beloved Chihuahua "Cheech"

Relatives and friends will gather in honor and remembrance of Glenn's life for visiting hours at the Robinson Funeral Home, 809 Main St., Melrose on Sunday, January 8 from 2-6 PM. Funeral Services will be private.

Gifts to honor Glenn may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
